Returns & Replacements
Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, in order to be eligible for a refund. Please include your order # along with contact details in your return package. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) your refund will be submitted, and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days for processing once the item has been received at our facility. Every effort is taken to process and ship orders shortly after they have been received. If a request to cancel an order comes in prior to the Gift Store shipping it, a full refund can be provided. If the request to cancel is received after the item has shipped, you will need to refer to the instructions for "Returns & Replacements" above.
