Quill comes with an ink packet providing 3-5 small batches of useable ink.
Directions for dry ink: Mix a pink of ink powder with 3/4 oz. hot water and mix thoroughly. Increase amount of water for a thin, lighter line and decrease water amount for a thick, bold line. Wash the Quill pen in warm, soapy water and allow to dry after each use.
